Polydatin has relevant preclinical evidence in several blood cancers, including acute myeloid leukaemia and acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.

### Overview

### Acute myeloid leukaemia

* Polydatin inhibits AML tumour growth in vivo in animal work
* Induces cell death through autophagy-related pathways
* Targets survival signalling relevant to leukaemia cell persistence

### Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia

* Shows dose-dependent and time-dependent antiproliferative effects in MOLT-4 cells
* Cell-cycle arrest and apoptosis may be potentiated when combined with resveratrol
* Pediatric leukaemia models also show cytotoxic activity

### Practical interpretation

This is still preclinical territory, but blood cancers remain one of the meaningful mechanistic areas in the polydatin literature.
