# How to Use Liposence® Empty Liposomes

Liposence® is an empty liposomal base for personalised formulations.

The idea is simple.

You start with the empty liposomes.

You then mix in a chosen ingredient with appropriate caution.

Changing delivery systems can change absorption, potency, and toxicity. A liposomal version of a familiar compound should be treated as a meaningfully different exposure question.
{% endhint %}

### What Liposence is

* a liquid liposomal base
* made with nano-sized empty liposomes
* designed to carry either water-soluble or fat-soluble ingredients
* flexible enough to be mixed into water, juice, or smoothies

It contains no active payload by default.

You decide what goes into it.

### Why liposomal technology matters

Bioavailability often decides whether a supplement or off-label compound has useful real-world exposure.

Many interesting compounds have poor oral absorption in standard form.

Curcumin is an example of a compound with major bioavailability limits.

The argument here is that liposomal delivery may improve:

* stability
* membrane passage
* bloodstream exposure
* cellular uptake

### Choose your ingredient type

#### Water-soluble ingredients

These should first be dissolved in a small amount of water.

Examples include:

* 2-DG
* Hydroxychloroquine sulphate
* EGCG
* Magnesium

***

#### Fat-soluble ingredients

These can be added directly into the liposomal liquid.

Examples include:

* melatonin
* ivermectin
* fenbendazole
* niclosamide
* quercetin

***

### Basic mixing process

1. Measure the desired amount of Liposence. \
   The product instructions suggest **5 mL** in the provided cup.
2. Add the dissolved or raw ingredient.
3. Stir or shake well.
4. Use more caution, not less, *if* the compound has meaningful toxicity or CNS relevance.

No specialised equipment is required for basic small-batch mixing.

A practical example: **250 mg of active compound in 5 mL of Liposence**.

That said, larger or more exact mixes may benefit from a magnetic stirrer.

### Solvent Additive?

Notes below from a conversation with Daniel at MCS Formulas on this topic.

His position, as quoted there, is:

* some researchers may use a minimal solvent such as ethanol or a small amount of DMSO
* solvent is **not always mandatory**
* effective encapsulation can often occur with direct mixing into Liposence
* if solvent is used, keep it as low as possible
* stay **below 7%**, and **5%** alcohol as this is presented as the safer working target
* room-temperature mixing is preferred
* a magnetic stirrer may help
* smaller active-compound loads often encapsulate more efficiently

### Taking the mixture

The source document gives these general-use notes:

* standard daily use is **5 mL**
* the measuring cup should be used for accuracy
* the mixture can be taken directly or blended into a drink
* empty-stomach use may improve absorption
* waiting at least **10 minutes** before eating is described as advisable

### Storage and handling

* refrigerate after opening
* use the included measuring cup for accuracy
* store mixed formulas in a clean glass bottle in a cool place
* protect light-sensitive compounds appropriately

### Safety and extra notes

&#x20;Liposence:

* contains soy
* is free from gluten, lactose, GMOs, artificial colours, flavours, and fillers
* is not intended as a replacement for medical treatment or a balanced diet
* should be kept out of reach of children

### Who might benefit

&#x20;Liposence is most relevant for people seeking a personalised way to improve the absorption of selected supplements or off-label compounds.

That does **not** make every possible formulation wise.

It just explains the use case.

<summary>Original launch notes kept for context</summary>

The source document preserves the early launch framing.

That includes:

* nano-sized liposomes
* strong personalisation flexibility
* no unnecessary fillers
* high interest at launch
* a one-unit-per-customer limit at the time of release

This early context is useful historically, but the practical use points above matter more than the product-launch tone.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://myhealingcommunity.gitbook.io/myhealingcommunity-docs/natural-medicines/liposomal-encapsulation-of-anti-cancer-compounds/how-to-use-liposence-r-empty-liposomes.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
