Most hubs include:

Many also include:

* pharmacokinetics and metabolism
* immune effects
* antimicrobial or antifungal relevance
* comparison or synergy pages
* more focused mechanism pages such as redox, NRF2, or ferroptosis

Some also include delivery-focused guidance where empty liposomes, liposomal melatonin, liposomal ivermectin, and safe use need their own pages.

Use this library of herbs, natural compounds, and selected molecules when you want an evidence-based view of what something is, how it works, where the evidence is strongest, and which practical safety, dosing, or treatment questions matter most.
