# Daily Schedule

This page gives an example daily rhythm.

It is an example only.

### Sample daily timeline

#### Morning routine

* **6:00 AM — Laminarin:** 2–3 capsules with water on an empty stomach
* **8:00 AM — Usnea tincture:** dose in water based on concentration
* **10:00 AM — β-Glucanase enzymes:** 1 scoop, 300 BGU, on an empty stomach
* **11:00 AM — Binder:** optional morning dose with a large glass of water

#### Afternoon routine

* **2:00 PM — Laminarin:** second split dose
* **4:00 PM — Usnea tincture:** second dose
* **5:00 PM — β-Glucanase enzymes:** second 300 BGU dose

#### Evening routine

* **6:00 PM — Antifungal medication:** itraconazole with dinner is the example used here
* **8:00 PM — Binder:** primary evening binder dose
* **9:00 PM — Immune support:** only if part of the wider practitioner-led plan
* **Before bed — Fibre or sweeper:** if needed for regular elimination

### Important spacing rules

* **Enzymes:** keep 4+ hours away from medicinal mushrooms or yeast β-glucan supplements
* **Binders:** keep 2+ hours away from food, medications, and supplements
* **Antifungal medication:** take with food when using itraconazole
* **Hydration:** keep this steady all day

### Weekly cycling

* **Weeks 1–4:** full protocol
* **Week 5:** rest week off laminarin and enzymes
* **Week 6 onward:** resume or adjust based on practitioner guidance

### Why the schedule matters

The protocol is designed to preserve sequence.

It aims to:

1. calm and prepare
2. weaken
3. disrupt biofilm
4. apply direct kill
5. manage debris
