# Core Strategy

The core strategy treats the protocol like a coordinated team.

Each component has a distinct job.

### Examples of some strong team players

#### Laminarin

**Primary job:** occupy Dectin-1 without strongly activating it.

**Main benefit:** calms chronic inflammatory signalling and reduces oxidative stress, so cells can repair more effectively.

#### Usnea tincture

**Primary job:** interfere with fungal 14-3-3 proteins and virulence systems.

**Main benefit:** weaken mechanisms of fungal survival, invasion, and persistence.

#### β-Glucanase enzymes

**Primary job:** digest the β-glucan-rich biofilm matrix.

**Main benefit:** expose the fungal target and improve penetration of later steps.

#### Antifungal medication

**Primary job:** block the fungal ergosterol pathway.

**Main benefit:** direct kill or growth arrest.

#### Binders

**Primary job:** capture released toxins and debris.

**Main benefit:** reduce die-off burden and improve elimination.

### How the layers work together

* Laminarin turns down the alarm so tissues can shift out of crisis mode.
* Usnea weakens fungal defences.
* β-glucanase strips away the biofilm fortress.
* Antifungal medication hits a more exposed target.
* Binders mop up debris released during cleanup.

### Expected result

The intended outcome is:

* faster clearance
* less inflammation
* better tolerance
* quicker recovery
* better tissue healing

### Why the sequence matters

The protocol is not built around direct kill alone.

It is built around preparation, access, pressure, cleanup, and recovery.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://myhealingcommunity.gitbook.io/myhealingcommunity-docs/fungal-pathogens/anti-fungal-protocol-building-support/core-strategy.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
