If a **bone lesions area stays hard - fibrotic** with a very stubborn micro‑environment (while on treatment especially an **AI + CDK4/6i combo)** , part of the story may be a deeper **FGFR-linked, EMT-linked, and fibrosis-linked** programme inside the bone microenvironment.

That is where melatonin starts to come up as a very interesting terrain modulator.
